If you’ve changed your mind

You can send back your item(s) for a full refund or exchange, but you’ll need to let us know within 14 days. Please note any returned items must be in their original condition with any tags or packaging still intact.

If your order arrived damaged or faulty

You can send back the item(s) for a full refund or a replacement within 30 days. Please contact us immediately if you have received damaged or faulty goods so we can investigate further and provide a resolution.

Please note that if you request a refund, we will process the refund for the full price paid for the returned item(s). Unfortunately we are unable to refund the original shipping or return cost, unless you have returned the item(s) because they arrived damaged or faulty.
